Reform and revolution can be both 'cerebral' and 'libidinal'....

Oh, that time when the Filipino Ilustrados thrived in Europe in the late 19th century against Spanish colonialism.... Reform and revolution can be both "cerebral" and "libidinal" - thus entailing political and gender dimensions! Oh la la! ;)
